SHIPPING POLICY

We now offer two shipping options for your convenience: Regular Post and Express Post. Please carefully review the item description to confirm the eligibility of your product for Express Post before selecting this option.

Most of the item will be charged a shipping fee as below:

  • Regular Post: AUD 17 per order (applies whether you purchase one or multiple items). Delivery time is 2-6 business days after dispatch.

  • Express Post: AUD 22 per order. Delivery time is 1-3 business days after dispatch. If the item is not eligible for air freight due to restrictions imposed by Australia Post, it will automatically be shipped via Regular Post, even if you select Express Post.

However, the shipping fee may differ for oversized items or products requiring special handling.

The accurate shipping cost will be displayed at checkout after entering your shipping address.

Additional Information:

  • Orders are dispatched from the Shutter Master Australia Factory/Warehouse in WA within 48 hours of receiving completed payment.

  • You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been shipped.

Please note that while most items are eligible for Express Post, some restrictions apply. Ensure you read the item description carefully to avoid delays or unexpected shipping methods.
