All remotes contain a cell battery. According to Australia Post regulations, a package containing more than 2 grams of this battery can only be shipped via Domestic Road instead of express shipping.

Therefore, we will send it by Domestic Road if a parcel exceeds the specified limit (2 remote max), which will take approximately 7 business days.

If you prefer express shipping but have more than 2 units in a package, you will need to place separate orders, so that they will be in different packages, please ensure that each package contains not more than 2 Somfy Situo Remotes. Otherwise, we will proceed with Domestic Road.
