Our WSER50 30/17 Universal motor is Australia’s leading choice for external straight drop awning systems.

Equipped with a torque stop function, it precisely halts at top limit stoppers and maintains fabric tension when extended. This motor integrates seamlessly with RS001 and RS002 Sun/Wind sensors, enhancing system responsiveness and protection. Ideal for side channel applications, it ensures reliable performance and durability in various outdoor conditions.

The WSER50 30/17 Universal motor works seamlessly with Sun/Wind sensors by detecting pulses every 20 minutes. If the awning is lowered and no signal is received for 30 minutes, the motor automatically raises the awning as a protective response, assuming the sensor has failed. This intelligent feature helps prevent damage by ensuring the awning retracts during sensor malfunctions or adverse weather conditions.
